About Pistonio

A cozy 3D puzzle about pistons.

Tap a piston and it fires, shoving whatever stands in front of it — your job is to push the golden cube onto the goal plate in as few moves as you can. Sticky pistons pull blocks back, pressure plates open gates, conveyors shift everything after each move.

84 handcrafted levels across five planets, plus a fresh puzzle every day. Clear a level and you earn a chest, and inside the chests live musicians: seat twelve of them on an island and it plays a whole song of its own.

How to play Pistonio

Tap or click a piston to fire it — it pushes the block in front of it. Get the golden cube onto the marked plate to clear the level. On the board: sticky pistons also pull blocks back, pressure plates open gates while a block sits on them, sensors hold gates open only while occupied, conveyors shift everything after each move, and rotators turn any piston that lands on them. Move order is everything — a wrong shot can wedge the cube into a corner. Undo (or Z), restart and hint are always one tap away. Match the par move count for 3 stars. Rotate the camera with the compass, zoom with + and −. Plays with one finger on a phone, mouse on desktop, no keyboard required.
